As the 2nd oldest of seven children, Ahkeem grew up in a family with a strong heritage and history in New Brunswick, New Jersey. His father served as a missionary across United States, the continent of Africa, and the Caribbean building churches before he passed away when Ahkeem was eleven. Ahkeem and his six siblings had a challenging upbringing and by all accounts should be a statistic. Only by God’s grace and the resilience and strength of his mother, Ahkeem has defied the odds and to find success and happiness.

Ahkeem was the first in his family to get a college education with undergraduate degrees in International Business and Marketing. Ahkeem went on to receive his Master’s of Business Administration with a concentration Marketing.

Ahkeem has spent 20 years leading marketing and sales organizations in corporate America. He is currently an Enterprise Account Executive to the some of the world’s largest organizations to drive transformation through adoption of the cloud.

The greatest achievements in Ahkeem’s life, however, has been building and nurturing his family in South Florida and now Georgia. He and his wife Renee have been married for 20 years and have two children (Sammy and Kaylah). Renee is the CEO of Darden Behavioral Counseling and Coaching, and Co-founder and President of LoveCode, a health care tech start up leveraging traditional counseling, behavioral analytics, therapy, and AI/ML to enable therapists to help struggling marriages survive difficult times.

Ahkeem travels locally and internationally ministering and singing for the glory of God, and for the edification of those who need an encouraging message from the Lord. Ahkeem is also actively involved in his local church and his community, and is leveraging his experience as a music ministry leader for the past 20 years, to expand FIXMYWORSHIP! Masterclass where ever God leads.
